Born in Penang, Malaysia. Yew's passion has always in art related programs. Equipped with graphic design and advertising background since young age.
In recent years, she focuses on the sensual nature of art in multiple medium; from Chinese brush painting, mixed media to Oil / Acrylic on Canvas, Watercolor, Mural, also Recycle Art Sculpture.
Aiming to depict the message of caring towards society & nature preservation, she has been creating artworks through colors, texture and symbols which intrigued viewers thinking on the issue.
“Life“ is the theme of her paintings. The works on display uses lines to describe the power of life.
Painting Permanently Kept in Penang State Art Gallery, CD Recycle Art Sculpture Permanently Kept in Balai Seni Negara. Her artworks has been well receives by collectors from both local and abroad.
