Based in the vibrant heart of Penang, Siew Khim is an artist and educator for both music and visual art. In 1999, she earned her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Music Education from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), majoring in Music and minoring in Fine Art — a distinctive combination that continues to shape her creative and teaching journey. 

Her commitment to education led her to complete a Diploma in Education (Music) at MPIK in 2000, followed by a Master of Music Education from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) in 2011. Her artwork draws inspiration from the natural flow of music and the quiet beauty of everyday life, blending her two disciplines with intention and sensitivity. 

Today, she continues to nurture young talent as an educator at SMK Machang Bubuk, where she shares her lifelong love for the arts with the next generation.
