Ong Karping born at Taiping, Perak in 1960, he began his study of realism using water colours as well as acrylics, then gradually preferring modern art, for years he has been unwavering in his quest to express the spirit of life and life itself, tending towards simplification with the passing of time, his style would become completely abstract, to this end he works with an individualistic eye for beauty, while aspiring to produce art that comes from the heart.
