Life Member 永久会员：
(i) Malaysian aged 18 and above  
   （马来西亚公民，18岁及以上）
(ii) Whose residence in Penang
    (必须是居住在槟城州）

Associate Member 附属会员
（i) Malaysian aged 18 and above 
   （马来西亚公民，18岁及以上）
(ii) Whose doesn't residence in Penang
     (没有居住在槟城州）
OR （或者）
(iii) NON-MALAYSIAN 非马来西亚公民

Who eligible to be a member?
An artist, art teacher or art student who performing 2D or 3D visual arts. Introduce and seconded by our existing member.

Membership Fees 会员籍申请费用
Entrance Fees 入会费： RM30
Subscription (20years) 年费（20年): RM100 
(Total RM130)
