Anthony Cheah is self-taught artist from Penang, Malaysia. An ardent art lover and like to express his works in rich watercolours. Works mostly on plein air painting which covers both landscapes as well as seascapes of places visited.

The scene was taken during the COVID-19 pendemic where business was still under very slow recovery phase. Trisaw workers have suffered badly as visitors were still not coming back due to various movement control & shutdowns.
