The Penang Balik Pulau Art Society (PBPAS) registered with Registra of Society under Malaysia Societies Act 1966 on 11th August 2022. The society welcome all the Malaysian artists to join as member, whether you are a professional artist， amateur artist or a beginner. Let's the new journey begin....
槟城浮罗山背艺术协会是在2022年8月11日，在马来西亚1966年社团法令下于社团注册局成功注册。 作为一个全新的艺术协会，我们欢迎资深艺术家，业余艺术家，新晋艺术家或初学者加入。让我们互相学习与成长， 在艺术道路上从心出发。

Aims & Objectives of PBPAS 
1. To group together the artists and promote arts.
2. To Promote arts through artists expression using various forms and mediums.
3. To raise environmental awareness through art expression.
4. To raise awareness on flora and fauna preservation and protection through art expression.
5. To raise the passion of art among the community and students.
6. To develop Balik Pulau as a city of art.  

协会宗旨与目标
1. 将艺术家们聚集在一起，推广艺术。
2. 通过艺术家使用各种形式和媒介的表达来促进艺术。
3. 通过艺术来提高环境意识。
4. 通过艺术来提高对动植物保存和保护的意识。
5. 提高社区和学生对艺术的热情。
6. 将浮罗山背发展为一个艺术之城。
